New plugins included:

o JoystickPlugin (Bill Bland)
o DistributorPlugin (Fade)

Changes:

o Graph sorted node execution order to remove internal latency.
o New GUI, main app window has now become the editor window, with a new window
for plugin dialogues. (build fltk with ./configure --enable-shared)
o New default theme.
o New load/save system for external files like samples. (external files stored
in a directory)
o configure fixes (Takashi Iwai)
o ppc fix (Takashi Iwai)
o gcc 3 fixes (Takashi Iwai)
o wav loading fixes
o Some fixes relating to fltk api changes
o Saves more workspace data like sizes/positions of main windows.
o Potential crash bug on delete fixed
o Comment saving and other comments bugfixes
o Subtle stream version bug fixed
