VSTServer V0.2.3 - beta
------------------------
-Only cache plug-in if client-handler returns non-minus one.
-Convert plugin names to lowercase and remove trailing .dll to
 avoid confusing the cache-mechanism.

k_vst~ V0.2.4 - stable
-----------------------
- Added support for VST effect/synth programs; these may now be changed
  with the 'program' message and a program number. (added by acb)
  See the help6 example patch.
