-Removed linking with pthread from the vstserant program. May fix
 some bugs...
-Fixed various cache problems introduced in 0.2.3. The ladspavst plugin
 should hopefully work now after a recompile. Oops.

 You should also delete all files in $HOME/.vstserver/cache before
 running this version of the vstserver.
 *****************************************************************
-Added note in the INSTALL file about a bug in the "winemaker" program
 found in the 19.12.2002 release of wine, and how to fix it.
