Changes:

- Added Locate window with up to 16 preset positions.
- Added detection of wrong versions of mfe files.
- "Del All Tracks" function was changed by "Close".
- Destroy associated Wave files windows when deleting tracks or close.
- Added "Lose changes" warning when opening a new file over an already
opened file.
