ametro 0.4 - ALSA MIDI Metronome

This program is a little, simple MIDI Metronome using the ALSA sequencer,
made in Kylix (Object Pascal) and using ALSAPAS: ALSA Library Bindings for
Pascal.

Bug reports and comments are welcome.
