These are just minor bug fixes to the configure script and header files.

***CHANGES***
Properly detect libreadline.

Fatal error messages for missing get_opt_long(), dl_open(), and
pthread_create().

No longer try to optimize for sse/mmx/altivec.

Removed stale header from jack.h (jack_port_connect)
