[LAA] JackMixDesk pre 0.3

There are more recent files in svn.
Interface stereo buttons hopefully flawless.
The hostname for the mixer can passed by args to the interface now.
I've some work to do on widgets then there will be more, see the TODO
and Logs for next and last changes.
