[LAA] B.Slizr 1.2 (LV2 plugin)

Hello,

after one year of development and testing it's time for the first
official version of B.Slizr.

B.Slizr is a sequenced (sliced) audio leveling effect LV2 plugin. It can
be used to easily produce step sequencer-like effects that are popular
in Techno and relates music genres (see video below).

What's new:
* Jack transport status notification
* Downsize on small screens
* New install method
