ANNOUNCE : libsndfile-0.0.15

    libsndfile is a C library for reading and writing sound files
    such as AIFF, AU and WAV files through one standard interface. It
    can currently read/write 8, 16, 24 and 32 bit PCM files as well
    as 32 bit floating point WAV files and ADPCM (IMA and MS) WAV
    files. New to this release is the ability to read and write u-law
    and A-law WAV and AU files and RAW header-less PCM files. This
    library should compile and run correctly on any unix as well as
    Win32 (MSVC++) and MacOS (Metrowerks compiler).

    libsndfile is released in source code format under the GNU
    General Public license.
