Well, I did read the audio chapters entirely and looked if there was anything
on getting fast play after a key press. Double buffer was already in earlier
documentation but no preloading. If you find time, please quickly browse
through you newer docs.

I'm getting tired for looking around for a proof while I know this feature
was "invented" both by my friend and by me earlier than the patent date.
But I guess somebody will be very interested in our work if we put
Gigasampler clone available. My jingle/sequence player could barely go
through but not a entire clone.
