OK, so suppose I said that today I "ported" VST to Linux.
That is: I was able to compile 3 of Steinberg's demo plugins, write 2
of my own (for ALSA PCM I/O), and a very primitive host that loaded
and executed them all. It took about 4 hours of work so far.
Does this change anybody's (*) opinions about anything ?
