  have you played with a korg kaospad ?

  i saw one at a party this weekend and
  talked briefly with the owner who claimed
  it was great fun to play with. i don't
  think it has a midi output but it certainly
  capitalizes on tying X and Y coordinates
  to two differnt parameters of an effect.
