I might be able to help here, I'm no plugin writing exprt, but I've been
reading a lot of papers on chourus and flanger design and I nearly have a
FAD line working in reasonable amounts of CPU.

Most of my plugins are mono (I don't see the point of stereo ones for the
most part), but so far they are slighty wacky things that I use, eg.
waveshapers.

Beyond chourus/flangers I could probably tackle a "tube warmth" type thing
(I have an overdrive that is close, but a bit synthetic and CPU heavy),
maybe a pitch shifter, I have some papers on them but I don't know all
the maths yet.

What do people actually want?

If anyone wants them I can give a pointer to the papers I've been
reading too.
