Hello everybody!

I'd like to announce that I have changed license of my hydroacoustic signal
analysis software to GPL.

I have also split the DSP code from the source tree and released it as
separate package under GPL license.

I believe this is first GPL'd software package that is targeted especially
for military use. :-)

I believe there are parts in my source code that You LAD people could also
find useful.

Binaries and source code is downloadable from my website at
http://www.pp.clinet.fi/~visitor
