I like it too.

I don't think that there is a 'techie' problem - look at the logo for VST
for example ... no mega-glitz-marketing there.

The motto of LAD at the moment is "Keep It Simple" ;-)))
this logo does that too - simple is effective - nice.

(although the idea of a penguin in the middle of a very large version _does_
have some appeal ;-).
