I just compiled kernel 2.4.14 with Andrew Morton's LL patch,
the results are more or less the same as 2.4.13 with the PE
patch.

I am sure I use LL:

$ cat /proc/sys/kernel/lowlatency
1

What is going wrong, or how can I find out?
