The mad plugin is working here although I have a vague feeling that the
pitch is slightly high. The tempo feels right though. It could be that
the old plugin has corrupted my sense of pitch though. The seeking
performs much better although it will take some practice to get a good
digital scratch out of it. Maybe I should try recording a session and
see what I come up with ;-]
Wow. That just hit me. Finally we can actually do some rythmic
scratching using the native alsa drivers. Excellent job Andy. You should
post to LAD and LAU. No, don't worry I will.
The versions are out for the cdda plugin. It wants v6 but can only find
v5.
Thx and keep up the great work.
Oh yeh and my intel8x0 has no problems now so I can use both my crappy
cards with alsaplayer via alsa again.
