i've put together a new release, in which:
* all instances of LAAGA/Laaga/laaga have become JACK/Jack/jack
* the engine is renamed jackd
* clients are "jack_simple_client" and "jack_monitor_client"
* the jack_fltk_client is optional (configure --enable-fltk-client)
* jack/jack.h will be installed
* the alsa driver is installed in $(libdir) as jack_alsa.so (not
libjack_alsa.so, because its not technically a shared
library, just a shared object)
no pre-existing problems with jackd have NOT been addressed. feel
free to poke around.

from now on, you all know JACK!
