As the ALSA sound driver is *the* choice for serious audio work in linux
you should ask this on the alsa-user mailing list (www.alsa-project.org)
But forget about the soundcard matrix on this site, it's too old.

Most alsa-supported sound cards are able to do what you want.

CD quality is standard today. You might want more sampling rate and resolution.

Okay, here most consumer cards fail, and you should consider a "semi
professional" card like the Midiman Audiophile or equivalent cards from
Hoontech or Terratech. Maybe even a RME card, but you don't need that many
channels, do you?
