Hallo Philip,
you might add xgmc to your linux sound homepage.
xgmc is the graphical QT-version of gmc.
It is a midi sequencer and player with hierarchical design and the ability to
play a mp3 synchronized with the midi. This enables you to design midi's from
mp3s which exact "sound" the same(except the voice :) )
You might put it under "midi software"
