My emagic audiowerk8 recording card (for which there are no linux
drivers :( ) has this functionality. IIRC it can use sample rates from 20
khz to 50khz in 1hz increments. So you could sync it to MTC, not that
i'd want to though, but I think this is possible with Logic.
