to me, from the host point of view, it would be ok if a v1.1 plugin
simply sets *DataLocation to the default value every time
connect_port() is called.
what do you think?

ps: i'd also like to see LADSPA_PORT_CONTROL | LADSPA_PORT_AUDIO being
given official merit in <ladspa.h>.
