There is a 'standard' for peak data embedded in wave files. Unfortunatly
none of the software I know supports it. So every time I switch the audio
editor I have to wait for those views to be computed. And as I process quite
often 1 hour tracks, that's really annoying.
It would be nice if everybody would agree on a common format.
