i use a netstream 2000 mpeg 2 decoder card from sigma designs and a sb
live! sigma provides an api and drivers for the netstream 2000 and i am
trying to get video out the ns2k and audio out the sblive in 5.1 . they
both work separately, the netsream with audio out he spdif connector
 and 5.1 surround out the live (using ac3dec from alsa).

if anybody could offer some help or point me in the direction of
relevant resources i would be very gratefull
