Thanks, Takashi !
For those who wonder, these patches will allow the TK707 software drum
machine to connect directly to other ALSA 0.9.x clients, i.e., aconnect
or alsa-patch-bay are not required, the connection can be made within
TK707's Ports window. This is great for my laptop: I can direct the
output from TK707 to TiMidity++ and exploit the GUS patches drum set
I've set up for that program. Much superior to the OPL3 cheese I had
before !
Now to figure out how to use soundfonts (SF2) instead of PAT files in
TiMidity++. I already have Swami compiled and running, and Csound
utilizes soundfonts now... Hmm... Is anyone out there already using SF2
in TiMidity++ ?
