a double sin() LFO:
0.0 * pi = in-phase,
0.5 * pi = quadrature,
1.0 * pi = anti-phase.
multiply all by 2 and you're set? shouldn't the standard fit the
individual case, not the other way around?
frequency:
a = 220
b = 246.94165062806206
c = ...
filter Q:
0.8 = +6 dB at fc
0.9 = +12 dB at fc
1.0 = self-oscillation
