The advantage of SuSE is that the default kernel is already well adapted
to audio work. Don't know about the others. IF you do not need the GUI,
you could probably have quite a 'light' installation. And even with a
GUI, you could e.g. just install WindowMaker, and forget about KDE and
Gnome.
