You wouldn't actually need something like mLAN since it is only distributed
audio processing and you don't need wordclock sync or anything; just send
a bunch of samples to another computer and receive the processed samples
back sometime later. All information for processing should be available from
the packet sent for processing and the setup/configuration done before
processing is started.
