ah? you make me doubt :) because I try to simplify the problem after
having build a much complicated setup, I decided to reproduce the setup
with a fresh new song and I must admit that something is better :

track 1 doesn't loose its left channel, but the effect triggered on the
track 2 affects the track 1; they are not independant :-(
Something interesting : the track 2 effect is given stronger to the track
1 if I connect the track 2 on the master

I have the last stable release of MuSE (0.7.1)

Sorry the exact bug I have noticed is when I remove the track itself, the
plugin window doesn't close.
