A clock pulse, like MIDI clock, eg. 12 pulses per quarter note, and a sync
pulse every note or bar. They probably have to be audio rate.

That way you can use a clock divider (reset by the sync) to chop it down
to pretty much any required clock ratio.

You may also want a BPM numerical output for non-modular style plugins and
the like (when combined with the sync).
