_ is the MDNS prefix, it allows you to resolve resources by
charateristics, rather than names.
The . in the URI protocol is unrelateed, thye just happen to use the same
character.

OR should be :) yes. You cant force people to install more software, but
the more reasons they have to install a particular service, the more likly
they are to.
