Yes, absolutely, that too, but I expect my system to be functional
about 4 seconds into boot. I work mostly from the terminal tty and I
can't depend on any application which core functionality depends on
xorg. From anywhere I login, I should be able to control the core with
commands or launch a UI/GUI.
It also makes it a breeze to troubleshoot. Nothing is more than an
address and a command away.
