None of that is a concern here. The "intellectual property risk" is only
a problem in the USA because they support software patents. We don't
have that in Europe, so the "intellectual propery risk" does not exist
in Europe. There is still "copyright protection" in Europe, but Linux
has the GPL license, so that is also not a business "risk".
