Due to a few more people joining the phat project (Pete and Uli) and
us wanting somewhere to discuss stuff, i've created a phat dev mailing
list.

Anyone interested in custom widgets or wants to use or contribute to
phat should join! We don't have any vu/metering widgets in phat yet
which would be great to have.
