But it's like trying to destroy a fly with a nuclear
bomb. The fly won't survive, but it's a bit over the
top.
There's no need to exactly simulate a circuit.
What you want is to simulate the effect the circuit
has on your sound, at that can probably be done with
1/1000 or less of the effort it takes to do a full
circuit simulation. The key is to understand what
the circuit is doing.
