I'm not sure that Nick Dowell is subscribed to this list so you may want
to ask him directly. His contact info is at http://amsynthe.sourceforge.net/

Nick did port amsynth to DSSI (at least partially) a few years back.
I don't think it was officially released though.

..I can see a Makefile-dssi. So you may want to check out the lastest svn.
