Also there should be two full-packages:
lv2-sdk (everything required to start development,
including extensions and libs, slv2, docu, etc)
lv2-plugins-all (the most used/recommendable, stable plugins, ready
to run, incl. dependencies)

Gathering the required packages and dependencies for plugins and hosts
(with corresponding versions ! ) is a kind of detectiv work currently.
