since 0.116.0... yes.
and jack2 has the netjack1 port merged in svn.

regarding the 0.116.x series:
however there was a bug with deadline management. resulting in
some "oddities" in some condition, which was fixed lately.

the alsa_io tools in 0.116.2 were a joke compared to the current
implementation.
