You create a new page in http://wiki.linuxaudio.org/apps/all/YOURAPPHERE
and add {{tag>midi_software}} somewhere on that page.

The {{topic>midi_software}} picks up all pages on the Wiki with the
given tag.

Also you should use {{tag>tag1 tag_2 Tag_number_three}} instead of
{{tag>tag1}} {{tag>tag_2}} etc.
