[LAD] Simple LV2 jack host

Hi,

I'm trying to find a simple host for my LV2 plugin that allows both midi in
and out, and also allows you to control plugin parameters.

I've found lv2_jack_host, which allows my port configuration, but doesn't
seem to allow you to change the parameters, and I've found lv2rack and
zynjacku, which allow you to change plugin controls, but don't seem to allow
nonstandard input/output port configurations.

Any suggestions would be nice.
