OK,
I can see two .ttl files here:
http://code.google.com/p/autotalentlv2/source/browse/#svn/trunk
which were not in the archive I downloaded.
autotalent.ttl and manifest.ttl
perhaps autotalent .ttl is plugin.ttl?
time to experiment.
