You can create a bridge between JACK MIDI and ALSA MIDI by
either using the `a2jmidi` application, or starting jack by
giving the alsa driver the `-Xseq` option, like:
$ jackd -R -d alsa -r 48000 -p 512 -n 2 -Xseq
