Correct the conflicting bits. You could check out the rt branch on
git.kernel.org and then try to merge with mainline (tip). You'll likely
get merge conflicts. Correct them and post your results to the RT
mailing list.

In other words: you need to forward-port the current patch, and this
basically means you're doing RT kernel development. Or wait a couple of
weeks for the RT guys to catch up.
