On my CZ1000 the patches are zero-based:

05 ELEC.ORGAN
06 FLUTE
07 SYNTH.BASS
08 BRASS ENS.2
09 VIBRAPHONE
0a CRISPY XYLOPHONE
0b SYNTH.STRINGS
0c FAIRY TALE
0d ACCORDION
0e WHISTLE
0f PERCUSSION

I've no idea what the RAM presets were, as standard.
