Hi, here with:

Ubuntu 10.04.2
Grub2
Kernel 2.6.39 with CONFIG_IRQ_FORCED_THREADING=y

i have GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="threadirqs" configured in /etc/default/grub file.
Remember to run update-grub if you modify /etc/default/grub file.
