Replacing the -Wl,nodelete with -Wl,-z,nodelete in the lvtk pkg-config
files makes it work. You'll have to get Michael to fix that.

Looks like this is a mistake inherited from
http://lv2plug.in/ns/extensions/ui#makeSONameResident
