Thanks, Fons, for explaining this. Are you (or anyone on the
list) aware of LADSPA plugins for amplifier and pan effects
that provide this smoothing behavior? It would be great if
the effects could behave well when hit by a burst of
commands from the movement of a MIDI control knob.
