[LAD] Lv2ui support for GSequencer

Hi all, check out lv2ui support for gsequencer, it still unstable and
not tested, yet.

There was a big refactoring going on and the birth of Advanced Gtk+
Sequencer libraries, namely

* libags
* ibags-thread
* libags-audio
* libags-gui

For sure don't forget the application `gsequencer`.
