Try adding --buff 200 to the command line of zita-n2j (the receiver).
This adds 200 ms of additional buffering, allowing packets to be
200 ms late.
At work I use n2j all the time on a Windoze laptop which has
only wifi access to the local network. Works perfectly with
--buff 50
