I'm not too hot on the phono part but this might be what you are looking
for.

I have the eurorack mx 602a which is a very useful and portable little
unit. It's the smallest in the range AFAIK.. In terms of preamps and
phantom power. Two mic ins, 4 mono line ins, tape in, stereo aux
return. It is probably the best quality for the cheapest price. For
example a friend of mine bought a dual input phantom power only device
which was only $50 less than this.

Only does stereo out though so no good for serious multitracking.
Excellent for setting up a live gig for a small band.
